HECG's tools run entirely on your device. Birth details, names, phone numbers, readings and results you enter are processed in your browser or in the app and are stored only on your own device (browser/app local storage). We do not transmit them to HECG servers, and we have no database of member readings.

Membership access uses a username and password checked on your device. We keep a list of member usernames issued by HECG for support and renewal purposes only.

When you tap a WhatsApp or booking link, you leave the app and communicate with HECG through WhatsApp. Those messages are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
The live compass uses your phone's orientation sensor only while the compass tool is open; location is used only if you tap "Use my location" and is never stored by HECG. Printing/PDF uses your device's own print dialog.

The HECG app contains no advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics or tracking. Our website is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security.
HECG is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
You can clear all locally stored data at any time from the home page ("清除记录 Reset" and "清除" on the birth profile card) or by deleting the app. Readings are for reference and entertainment; they are not medical, legal or financial advice.
